Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Gamers Bangladesh collects, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, password (stored in a scrambled form we cannot read), and your phone number if you add one.
  • Order details: what you buy, the Player ID, server or account details you type for delivery, and your order history.
  • Payment details: the payment method, amount and transaction number. We never see or store your card numbers, PINs or mobile wallet passwords. These are handled by the payment provider.
  • Wallet details: your Wallet balance and its history.
  • Support messages: what you write in the Resolution Center, and any pictures you attach.
  • Technical details: your IP address, browser type and login times. We use these to keep your account safe and to stop fraud.
  • Location at checkout: when you place an order, your browser may ask to share your location. If you allow it, we save it with the order to help stop fraud. If you say no, your order works normally.

Why we use it

  • To deliver your orders and show their status.
  • To send you emails and SMS about your orders, such as order received, completed or refunded. We may also send your codes and verification codes.
  • To give support and handle refunds.
  • To prevent fraud, misuse and payment disputes.
  • To meet legal and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, with:

  • Our delivery partners to send top-ups. They receive the game details you typed, such as your Player ID and server.
  • Payment providers to take your payment.
  • SMS and email services to send you messages.
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the website needs to work. They keep you logged in, remember your settings, and protect forms from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as the law and our accounting require. We keep your account until you ask us to close it. Support pictures are kept while your case is open and for a reasonable time after.

Your choices

  • You can see and change your name, phone number, currency and password in Account settings.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your account. We may keep some records, such as orders and payments, when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere. Staff use two-step login, staff access is limited by role, and gift codes and secret keys are stored encrypted.

Children

Our store is not meant for children under 13. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you buy.
