Order Cancellations
Orders submitted online and paid are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
Returns
There will be no returns once the goods are delivered. All goods and cards are generated via API, making cancellations or refunds strictly prohibited after delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
No exchanges will be made for delivered products.
You may request a refund if your cards or gaming goods have not yet been processed or delivered. However, no refunds or cancellations are allowed for Direct Delivery/Instant Delivery products.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with details and we will guide you on the process to resolve the issue.
